Returns & Refunds

1. General Policy
At STCKR.CO, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality printed products. Because the majority of our items are custom-printed or made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrectly placed orders.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@stckr.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Since our fulfillment process is highly automated to ensure fast shipping, we cannot guarantee cancellations after this window has passed. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately.
4. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has not moved for over 10 business days, please reach out to us. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package or issue a replacement if it is deemed lost in transit.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to place a new order on our website.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved for a special circumstance, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
